Refund Process:
Once we receive your returned item(s) and verify that they meet our return policy criteria, we will process your refund or exchange. The refund will be issued to the original payment method used for the purchase. Please allow up to 3-5 business days for us to complete the process.By the way, the original shipping cost will not be refunded.

If you want Exchange:
If you wish to exchange an item, please let us know when initiating the return. We will assist you in arranging the exchange and providing you with the new item as quickly as possible.

Damaged or Defective Items:
If you receive a damaged or defective item, please contact us within 2 days of receiving your order. We will arrange for a replacement or a refund, and there will be no additional cost to you.

Cancellations:
If you wish to cancel an order, please contact us as soon as possible. If the order has not been shipped, we will process the cancellation and issue a full refund. If the order has already been shipped, you may follow our return policy to return the item(s).
